Whether or not our teens are leaders out in the world, we want them to be leaders in their own lives. Being a leader in your own life means developing clarity about what you want, developing self-confidence about your ability to get that, and being able to advocate for yourself. Once teens are able to do that, it is a natural next step that they will attract others to join them in their vision. That's leadership! Whether it shows up in the classroom, on the sports field, or by starting a new club, by living their own life fully, these teens will be an inspiring example to the people around them.
